Soul bonds allow a person to feel the emotions (or even the pain, in extreme circumstances) of another person. Whether it be platonic or romantic, there seems to be no limit to the amount of people whose fates can be intertwined with one another.

Aizawa never expected this class to be anything special, he just expected a normal damn year, so imagine his surprise when over the course of a few months, he formed bonds with a whole host of problem children, whom he started to consider his own. Some of the kids didn't even notice the bond and Aizawa plans to keep it that way.

However, the mark is black, and you only get your mark when you turn 14. When the moment happens, the mark begins to glow and from then on is their hair color. However the soulmate thing won't pop up in the story for a while because people tend to ignore it. It is a thing you only talk about with people close to you. Will Class 1-A found out what he was hiding? Or they will let Izuku dies?
