This is the third little anthology in my series of posting stuff I write for my high school credit classes here. Russia enters a new school, and as expected bullying did too. America, as expected, is still the perfect, handsome, straight A student he is but something is off. The returning student Ten is greeting by his old nemesis but his feelings still linger even from long ago. Germany gets greeting by a strange but new friend. Japan and NiHon grow slowly apart as siblings as time goes on. But as people started disappearing, the group slowly comes together to solve the mystery, even at the cost of their lives and the people's around them.

Over the Wall: A Collection of Short Stories (NaNoWriMo 2014) by emmernemmer

This year for NaNoWriMo, I am writing a short story anthology. It will feature thirty or so short stories (my hope is to write one per day to fulfill my 1,667 per day word requirement) about varying things. Each morning, I will randomly select a number between one and thirty and I will look at the corresponding list of first lines I will have. I will take that line and write a short story using it and then the next day I will do the process over again (some stories might relate to each other, some might not). Anyway I will edit the story for that day and post it here. It may not be posted exactly on the corresponding day, but in the end there will be thirty short stories. P.S. Although these are somewhat edited they are still rough drafts so please treat them as such.

After highschool they never saw each other again but they meet again in college which pisses America off. In the first few months of college he learns about Russia's ex-girlfriend south Africa who's very spiteful about the breakup and Liechtenstein someone who hates Russia, for some reason America wants to be the only person Russia can hate and the only person who can hate Russia. So he decides to make a plan on how to kill two birds with one stone. Russia is a cold hearted, mean, always negative country so much to the point he put his only child up for adoption. He's always bullied America because he had 13 kids at 12 and 28 at 13 and it just kept multiplying giving him more fuel to bully America for and when they separated paths after highschool he thought he'd never see the small annoying country again, but then he bumps into America at college and shit starts all over again. Russia is oblivious to those who hate him other than America so he doesn't see any later events coming.

In this world, countries and humans live together, and there are powers given to the countries at birth/appearance. There's a group in Europe that murders innocent civilians just for the hell of it. They call themselves Emathron. Russia, an investigator/police officer, is tasked with finding and arresting this group of killers and psychopaths. His boss, EU, forces Russia to work with 3 others. Finland, one of the best snipers in the world, Vietnam, a silent and serious policeman, and Kazakhstan, a winged country that can glow when he wants. What will happen to Emathron and the odd group of officers? Figure that out, because I'm not spoiling. ________________________ Also IDK how police and law and all that stuff works, so this is just how it works in their world. Russia's a standoffish college student who just wants to be left alone, and his roommate is a guy who doesn't know when to quit. "Will they get along?" You ask. Considering I like good endings, yeah.
