Olivia and Brad both go by Simpson to protect their identity. It was decided when Brad and Olivia started school, they would go as Brad Simpson and Olivia Simpson.

To this day, no one knows Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson have kids except for the staff at the school and a few select other people. The media all think Brads parents are named Anne Simpson and Derek Simpson, who are in fact, the siblings biological Aunt and Uncle, on Scarletts side.

Chris and Scarlett have known the Avengers cast since before Brad was born. They may not be blood but they are family. The parents have gone out of their way to make this a secret; their little secret. But all of that will change and it only takes one person to spill the secret the family has worked so hard to keep for all these years.
