Scout Jacob was a kid who got picked on, before and after movin' to Swellview when she was a small ten year old.

She was only just 12, when she took a job at the Junk 'n' Stuff, when she found out that Captain Man wanted her desperately as a sidekick, because of what she could do.

From the tender age, of merely 8 years old, her father died and Scout had lost control of everything in her life.

That was also when she found out, that her father had left secret coded messages to her and through the messages that only she could read, she found a lot out, about his unique family history.

But, the clearly most interesting thing that she found out by far, was that she had the ability to create blizzards.

Ice, snow, freezing rain, hail, freezing the air around anyone else, it didn't matter what it was, she was to be able to control it, even freezing an entire person if she wanted to.

But her father's messages, they were always warning her, always against using her powers in such a way, as it would build distrust and terror in the world, that this world didn't need.

When her and her mother moved to Swellview, she ended up saving Captain Man, by use of her ice and wind abilities.

But unbeknownst to her mother or any other person for that matter, she was also now, as of a year ago, a sidekick to Captain Man himself.

But, what she definitely did not expect, was to see her best of only three friends, coming into the Man Cave for the job interview.
