Let me tell you about Homestuck...
(Note that this story is not the place to start.)
April 13th, 2014. John Egbert was just sitting in his room, watching his favorite Nic Cage movie, when hell broke loose in D.C., twenty miles west of his neighborhood.
April 13th, 2014. Dave Strider was joking with his bro in a Circle K gas station, just two days away from John's neighborhood, when the first scream of the end met his ears, just five feet in front of him.
April 13th, 2014. Test 413 has failed. Washington D.C. is finally hit with the virus from the failed cure. But they weren't the first one. No, in fact, North America wasn't the first to get hit. No one knows who was. All they know is that the end finally came, and in the worst way possible.
This world is breaking down, and John has no idea what to do. But Dave does. Can they pull through this horror together? Will they be able to survive the horde, as well as jealousy, sorrow, and back-stabbing survivors? Or will they, too, turn into a mindless zombie?
Warning: Triggers include but are not limited to: swearing, gore, sexual activity, self harm, attempted suicides, and more swearing.

If that was even possible considering she's now best friends with his best friends little sister. And they both are street racers. And he's more then just a street racer though. I exited through the side entrance of the building and stood by the manhole cover, pulling it up and out of the way. I climbed down the ladder and slid the cover back over me, shrouding myself in pitch darkness. When I got to the ground, water splashed by my feet and I turned my phone flashlight on. Ice covered most of the walls and floor, except for the small puddle I stepped in. I looked around and started walking in the right direction. It was colder in the sewers this time of year and I almost slipped on ice a few times. When I saw familiar pipes and came to what looked like a concrete wall, a small smile formed on my lips. I stood in front of it for a moment, staring at it. "Come on, Angel." I muttered to myself. It's only been two years. I doubt much has changed. I took a deep breath in and reached up to pull the pipe above the closed door. I'm a lot taller now, so I didn't have to get on my tip toes like back then. The door parted open and I walked in slowly, hearing a thud behind me when it shut closed. It was quiet in the lair as I walked around, taking it all in. Most of it looked the same, while some parts looked new. I took my beanie, scarf, and jacket off, setting them on the couch nearby. "Hello?" - **** quick content and trigger warning possibility. Regarding the fanfics that revolve around the tmnt fandom and series versions, I personally have read many that involve hard language (cursing) and depictions of violent scenes bc it's whats in the storylines of all versions of tmnt across the board and through the decades. As stated in the information for the previous book for this mini series, if anything is offensive in any such way or should be corrected, feel free to reach out and comment or PM me regarding it and I'll gladly hear you out in order to learn from the mistake I made for future reference. "Ten years ago today was the worst day of my life. On the 17th of November 2007, I lost my best friend in a hit-and-run car accident. It's been a hard ten years, living from day to day with an awful childhood tragedy at the back of my mind, but the years still crawl by agonisingly slowly. I say that, but when I think about Alice and what happened to her it barely seems like yesterday. My therapist seems to think that documenting everything I think and feel in this diary will finally help me get over her death-and who knows? Maybe he's right. Or maybe he's very wrong; in which case I suppose this diary could serve as some kind of "note"." This is really just me playing around with the diary format and exploring what would happen to the friends of someone who died young - how they would react and try to pick up their lives etc. When writing this, I picked a start date for the diary that seemed far away but it's soon crept up on me, so I had the idea of posting it on the actual dates stated in the book. Let's get one thing straight here, I'm not a hero (I totally am, but I hear that these days being modest is in fashion or something, so I don't know man). I never planned on being a hero. It kind of just happened. Clark's the bigshot. The fame, the girls, the attention. Me? I'm just his loser younger brother. Another rich Trackerson kid, but that quiet one with no personality. I couldn't believe what I just did. It felt so invigorating. I felt as though I had an adrenalin rush. I knew that this feeling would not last for long though because I just gave the H3 a new target. They go around just bullying everybody and anybody who makes them mad. What is worse is when a person is targeted at the school the whole school bully's them as well. I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it.
