Or will they?    Take two nerdy friends, add one Maniac (Not a typo, this is Gotham City, after all)  Pixie Dream Girl, and watch what happens.

Her mission is information retrieval, figuring out what the Gotham rouges are planning for the Summit. In an effort to help Batman and Nightwing , Kate Monroe goes undercover at Arkham as an inmate. Will her sanity and will be strong enough to complete the mission, or will she get side tracked by neighboring inmate's delusional game.

Joker and Riddler, along with every other villain in Gotham, take a liking to Katrina when she visits Arkham on that fateful day. Will there be a war between the notorious criminals as to who can keep her as their own?

(Rewrite to Rise of the End.) Specter came to Gotham for one reason and one reason only: to kill Batman and 'purify' the city. Of course she would need some help though. That' s why she teams up with Scarecrow to break out Joker, Riddler, and Two Face out of Arkham. With their skills and her plan nothing can stop them... right? Batman has always taken down these criminals before so what's to stop the Dark Knight from doing it again? One of the lunatics is hiding something, others are being killed, and in the end? Gotham will fall, Specter will not rest until she can fulfill her duty, but what if unplanned things begin to get in the way? This plan was delicate to begin with and now if they fail it could be the end of all of them as well.

News has been going around that there's a new patient checking into Arkham Asylum. Rumour says that it's the most dangerous patient Arkham has ever had. There is also lots of suspicion that this patient out-crazied the Joker himself. Fact is that it's just a girl. A very dark girl.
