When you were fourteen years old, what would you have been doing? Riding your bike, walking around the city with your friends, complaining about the constant stress of school and other activities.

Well, you see, that's not how Camilia lives, at all. Her live is a bit more.... unusual, if you may, for a fourteen year old.

Yeah, it's true, we teenagers love the thrill of hearing a gun shot and knowing you killed another enemy, and, like any other teenager, so does Camilia. But there's a difference. She doesn't hold a controller in hands. Instead she uses a real gun, real lives, real dangers. Everything is real. And there's nothing she can do about it..

Guns, revenge and buildings to bomb, what could go wrong? ✮ He came in, gun held out in front of him in one hand while the other was resting on his hip where a sharp dagger gleamed in the light. "Come on out little girl, why not make this easier for both of us. The agency you ran away from just want to have a little talk, that's all." She scoffed internally. Yeah right. Then the footsteps ceased. She peeked to the right, then to the left. Neither direction showed any sign of the intruder. She looked up in front of her and gasped, the glint of steel and smell of death as overwhelming as it was adrenaline inducing, exciting. "Boo." ✮ Murder, accidents, assassinations. Call it what you will, it's all the same, all has the same life breaking, mind shattering consequences - be it for the victim or the bystander. It had shaped Alex in a way no one should be. Broken down and rebuilt into the perfect soldier, one who had the power to change the world, to fight battles that would either make or break the carefully constructed vision we all live in. The only small, minute, really unimportant detail - it's pretty hard to get into a government classified site when you're 15 years old and have a rag-tag team of double-crossing back-stabbers behind you. Not to mention the threat of a world war and ghost hanging above your head. Armed with sarcasm, wit, and a hell of a lot of aggressive intentions, it won't be too long till a sticky situation is all that's ahead of you. Sometimes, running head-first into a situation isn't the best idea. Instead, you gotta play a game. A deadly game where either you have all the pieces on the board, or you have nothing. [previously known as Espionage: double-cross] Thanks for reading :)
Revenge (Galen Hooks: Hunted- Book 3) by DreamcatcherMinx11
12 parts Complete Mature
The times of pain for Galen Hooks seem to be over now. However, before she had been rescued, a mysterious chip had been implanted into the right side of her chest and activated. She doesn't yet know what it does, but she needs to tell Rhea, Isabel and Camila something. All she does is tell them... it could change her into something she'd never be in real life. But soon, it all seems true. All of a sudden, the chip transforms her into a live Diamond Eye, one that she'd never really been meant to be. Playing it in a movie was amazing, but actually being one was on a whole different level. And this one is nothing like the clever, manipulative seductress in the movie. She's a real monster that turns on her friends and tries to destroy them instantly. At first, they can keep her back, but they're eventually forced to trap her in Rhea's bedroom. Soon, though, the monster version of Galen escapes her bonds and somehow manages to start mind-controlling Isabel. She lures her out to a remote part of the city, into a large arena. However, Isabel soon finds out that a terrorist woman who hadn't been killed before was still alive, for she has a chip inside her controlling Galen and Isabel. She makes them fight to the death and makes it so that Galen is forced to kill her friend. She later even gives them a bow and arrow to heat things up. But then she underestimates Isabel's speed and cleverness and, begging for forgiveness in her mind, Isabel shoots Galen in the chest with the arrow she has, which ultimately destroys both chips, kills the woman by throwing her from the wall and leaves Galen's life hanging by a thread as she lays bleeding on the ground. She finds the phone that was taken from her and calls Camila, Rhea, and the returned Skyla to explain everything. As soon as they get there, one of them hurriedly searches for what they know in the control room may fix everything... and keep Galen from being killed.

She....I....... I was running through the thick branches, pushing the leaves out of my way with all my might. I had to get away. The wet, brown, ground made it easier for me to slip and let her red, chilling hands slip around my innocent, scarred body, not knowing where she would take me next. I was almost out of breath, but I had to keep running if I wanted to make it out of this forest alive. My red dress was getting torn to shreds, and my hands and feet had mud all over them. My long, bushy brown hair was getting hooked on every possible branch, making me push my hair in the back of my dress, just like I used to when I was forced to cook everyday for my loathsome 'parents'. Returning back to the real world, I had to stop otherwise I would black out. I took a few seconds to catch my breath silently, and to look around to see if she was there behind me. I was looking up at the tall, old tree when I heard a twig snap behind me. Just like in the horror films. I turned and ran in the same direction, not daring to look back and see her wretched face fixed on my body. I sprinted and sprinted, but slowed down when I saw I was heading to nowhere but a ragged cliff. The unknown would me known if I continued to run and jump. I stopped two metres away from the cliff and looked down to see a valley so far down. If I jump..... I die. If I let her take me..... the unfair horribleness awaits me. I had no choice. I jumped.
