Diamonds and Spades

Ellen's parents died when she was young, and she was raised by her grandparents. Her grandmother died last year, and since then, her grandfather has believed he hasn't much time left either. He begins to prepare his will to divide his vast estate, and tells Ellen that everything will go to her... under one condition.
