    People will yell, attack, criticize, abandon, and punish them for doing their job. They could be keeping important secrets from the one's the deserve to know. The only thing they have to do is make sure both the mission and the client is out of harms way.
    What they lose doesn't matter. 
    What they gain doesn't matter.
    How they feel doesn't matter.
    The pain doesn't matter.
    The only thing that matters is completing the mission with no mistakes. 
    Some were born, raised, to become apart of the Anbu. They may look perfectly fine on the out side but make no mistake, they all lost something. It doesn't matter what the personal  circumstances are, all of them have lost something important. For example, their own sanity.
