Izuku Midoryia was never meant to live this life anyway. He knew it was too good to be true. The beggar boy taken in by Empress Mitsuki Bakugou. Raised alongside the Crown Prince. He took it all for granted, living with this lifestyle. Now he was paying for even daring to live a life entitled to the nobles. His executioner reads out his sins, and Deku can't help but look at the man behind this all, Emperor Katsuki Bakugou. As the ax raises, Deku can't help but chuckle at himself.
"Maybe I don't regret it..."
Izuku Midoryia would wake up mere seconds after his execution. Finding himself on the streets of the city during the harsh winter once more, he can't help but wonder if the last twelve years were all a dream. But when his life begins to play the same as his dream, and he gets a vision, he understands he was given a second chance at life. Desperate to avoid his untimely death, Izuku takes measures to ensure that this time the tides would flow differently. But along with his life playing the same, his heart seems to be doing the same. Izuku begins to wonder if he can truly change his life, or will he face the same fate as his previous life?

I'm overwhelmed with joy, tears streaming down my face as my body is overcome with brutal exhaustion. I don't plan on using this power to become a hero, but All Might doesn't need to know that. I can't think of being a hero, or anything else for now. I need to get stronger, even stronger than my father. Wait for me mom, Kacchan, I'm coming. ~~ After that night, things only became harder for Izuku. The mental pressure was too much, to the extent that it took an unhealthy turn. Izuku could barely handle the pressure of having no one to rely on, torn between becoming a hero and being taught how to assassinate by the killer of heroes. It wasn't long before his sanity began to split. ~~ "It's okay. Honestly, you're the first person I've met who doesn't think my quirk is more suited to become a villain.." Shinsou said. After spending so much time with villains, I no longer thought of the word the same. "If you ask villains their story, you'll probably think they'd make pretty good protagonists. We always see things from the hero's perspective but we rarely ask how the villain ended up the way they are. The heroes are the real villains if you ask any villain, and even villains can be a hero to someone." ~~ I killed someone. I know he deserved it, yet I still couldn't look down at my own hands the same. Dried blood covered the bandages I wore around my wrists when I train with Stain. I had no choice but to accept it. I did do some light Photoshop work on the cover but nothing I could really brag about. Warnings ANGST, major character death and pain. This story will hurt to read and even though I am a fan and supporter of happy endings you are just going to have to read to find out how I will manage that. DEKU is going to DIE. You have all been warned. Summary; At the age of 23 the heroes Deku and Dynamight are on a mission together when feelings come out, messy and sloppy, terrible confessions later hurt and angry they turn away because of their inability to communicate with each other. It goes so far that Deku can not even bring himself to call him Kacchan any more, now calling him Bakugo much to the confusion and concern of their friends and coworkers. Everything changes though when as usual Deku doesn't think and moves, his need to save Kacchan, his Kacchan, driving any and all other thoughts from him, he dies in Bakugo's arms. Hours passed but Bakugo can't move from that spot, on his knees he just holds Deku's limp, lifeless body in his arms. Deku's last words repeating themselves over and over in his head. Tear tracks could be seen by anyone who dared to look at the broken hero in his grief. Suddenly time seems to stop, when he looks up he sees rain floating as if frozen in time, a woman shrouded in a green hood stands in front of him, most of her face covered by her hood, he could only see her mouth and chin. "Do we have a deal, Hero?" She asked her voice closer to bells than that of a woman's. "I have a condition, I can't ever see him die again. Give me his injury and let him live," Bakugo's words hung in the air and a clap of thunder rang in air when before there was none, there was now a flash of lightning above them, also frozen in place. Izuku Midoriya was the average kid who stood out because he was born quirkless in a quirk-based world. Growing up bullied by his childhood best friend, he grew to have depression and anxiety. The day he decided to jump, he didn't know that one action would change the course of his life. Being part of the LOV, he was trained to be the perfect weapon, the quirks he was given, were perfect for stealth and hard missions. He was happy and content with the life he was living, not caring that no matter where he went, blood was spilt. Kacchan was a prodigy. Powerful and learned quick. Angry and feared but when his old friend goes missing, he blamed himself. He cut off most of his friends to focus on being the top hero to make up for what he did. When he finally runs into him after two years, he is shocked to see what has happened to the supposedly dead boy. Eyes filled with death and coldness. Scars covering his body and now suddenly has quirks? He realized quickly that they may be right next to each other but they lived worlds apart. . . . TW!! This book does include suicidal thoughts, cutting, depression, gore, and suicide. I would not recommend if that stuff bothers you. If you do struggle with this stuff. Please get help as you are loved even if the voices tell you otherwise.

Izuku, after he saved the world, may have lost his life, but was given a new body that can shapeshift to and start his life over with as a gift. Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering. I will put a warning beside each chapter title that includes detailed descriptions of triggering topics. The characters do not belong to me, only the plot.
