Birth Day

A world with a controlled population,
Where in the end, society will be a smaller nation.
A place where the government has many plans,
But those plans will lead to terror and scams,
As riots occur to take down the leading group,
They never know who's part of the government's troop.
Who will stop them?
Who will tear the plant by the stem?
Will the master scheme be blown to smithereens,
Or will the government win and remain unseen?
