Number Eight, or Lorien Hargreeves as she liked to be called, never thought that her dear old father would die. She hoped, but never thought is was possible. So she's in for a surprise as she hears about it though a dusty old radio while she's fixing up her surfboard.
The thirty year old trapped in a 13 year old body knows she has to go back home. What she doesn't know, however, is that going back home will change her forever. Wether that be because of her crush that has been missing for almost 17 years will come back or an impending apocalypse that looms over their heads.
