When Chrollo orders it, a little Kurta girl is put in Hisoka's care and he's tasked with bringing her safely to the Phantom Troupe for her Scarlet Eyes, Hisoka never imagine he'd be able to do more than tolerate her.
But he grows fond, falling for her and desperately wanting to right the wrongs of her childhood, be something close to what she never had. A role model.
With the Phantom Troupe waiting and Gon, Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio hot on his trail to take her from him, when it matters most with Sylar's life in his hands, will he survive the decision that will ultimately have damning repercussions on her life, or will he walk them both right to death's door? Can Hisoka do it; can he truly be someone worthy of being called "papa"?
