All characters are from Twisted doctor. Twisted is making a game called Doll Eye where this cat bastard is and the first chapters already out so you somehow stumbled upon this, and did not know about the game or anything about it you should go check it out.
Also from what you might believe from the description and picture I'm using this actually is a serious story for the most part so yeah.
