main protagonist Arthur Flint decides he wants an escape from his real life as he is a social outcast and a victim of bullying he finds his escape inside the game known as awaken online a full dive VR game that feature both fantasy and FPS sci-fi elements alike we're two different alternate realities merged together as there is a huge power struggle between individuals trying to control the planet as both alternate realities fused to become one is the game that incorporates both fantasy and magic elements while including sci-fi and first-person shooter elements as both are trying to take over the land that they reside in as it is a full out war between the two different factions as there are more than just tensions brewing on the surface there's tensions brewing underneath the surface that will cause an attack on the server that may change the history of gaming forever ( I don't own the title cover)
