In 1976, Phillip "Flip" Zimmerman is ordered transferred from his long time home in Colorado Springs, all the way to sunny, sexy Los Angeles. A team of FBI Agents have leagued with the local LAPD Officers, creating a special task force to infiltrate and take down a dangerous group of criminals, led by a group of young women, suspected of planning an assassination. 
Flip finds himself facing an all new set of conflicts of character when he is personally assigned to infiltrate the women under suspicion in a deep cover mission. California is a different world with different rules, and Flip struggles trying to keep track of who he is and who he has to pretend to be.
