Happens one year after episode 12 of BNA. Michiru has gotten a job as a social worker for B co-op while keeping a part time job helping Shirou with his cases around town even going on some herself despite his wishes. Anima city seemed all well when a huge 7.0 magnitude earthquake shook Japan. Unlike the human sectors of society Anima city is left to deal with the impact of both after shocks and a tsunami that destroyed major parts of the city. (Shirouxmichiru)
