Izuku Midoriya after being diagnosed as quirkless he felt his entire world shatter with just a couple of words, One day, He encountered the number one hero and his idol, All might and questioned him if it's possible to be pro-hero even though he was quirkless, All might answered the boy in the most honest way possible,

"It is possible, although, it will be difficult without a quirk to help you but with time and dedication you will suceed." 

But little did All Might know the kid in front of him had a hidden quirk in him but just not ready to show it's potential.

These were the words that changed everything that fateful day. When All for One, the scourge of mankind and thief of quirks revealed All Might's biggest secret. He hacked every single electronic device on earth, even one that had no power suddenly clicked on to show the wounds spanding the majority of the now faceless man who was simply known as All for One. At first there was doubt in what he had said but this villain was powerful enough to put All Might in the hospital after a fight that barely lasted 30 seconds resulted in the symbol of evil and the symbol of peace near mortally wounded. After this day people began to take this as fact and All Might became the target in the eyes of the media and every single human on earth was after his quirk hoping that he would choose them as his successor. This is the story of how I, a quirkless 15 year old boy named: Izuku Midoriya, became All Might's successor and the greatest hero of all time.

Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.
