Akuba, a member from the Dokuyaku clan, is a 'wanderer', going from village to village, never staying anywhere for long. When the town she's staying in gets attacked by the Akatsuki, she is taken as a prisoner by them and 'interrogated' for information on an 'enemy' of the criminal group, but is she really their prisoner? And what happens when the Akatsuki find out one of her family's most precious secrets?

(May contain a bit of yaoi and there will be cursing, because, um, there's Hidan in this story? When doesn't he curse? Read at your own caution and I hope you will enjoy ^-^)

5 parts Complete
(discontinued) In the Shinobi World, a scarce amount of humans believe in the existence of yōkai. Hatake Kakashi is not one of them. However, he isn't exactly the type to bluntly state that they don't exist. After all, a world wherein peace is not a word that can easily be understood is a world with a whole lot more mysteries and therefore, also cannot be understood. During a mission in the Land of Iron, Kakashi, Obito, Rin and Minato find themselves crossing paths with a girl no more than two years younger than the three children. Unexpectedly, the bizarre and cruel weather hasn't killed her yet. It is no surprise that this young girl named Setsuko arrives in The Village Hidden in the Leaves with Team Minato and surprises even the Third Hokage with her long black hair, dark blue eyes, a ghostly white-- almost transparent complexion and a kimono of the same color as snow. Of course, no one really believes that Setsuko could actually be what she could be suspected of being: A Yuki-musume. But in a world where mysteries are meant to be kept, how can anyone say that the ethereal races of the yōkai are non-existent? As Rin, Obito and Kakashi teach her about everything there is to know about living in the village, the silver-haired young boy finds himself intrigued by basically everything relating to Setsuko. Although, with all of the fear Setsuko has always bottled up inside of her, it would sound much easier to befriend her than to actually be able to do it.
