My Luna, Elizabeth Spark, was an amazing and beautiful woman. She was kind and selfless towards everyone. She's saved countless innocent rogues and had turned them into pack members. She was the kind of person that you could always rely on, actively being a big part of official business, and taking immense care in making sure everyone was treated equally. She was everything a Luna needed to be.

Beautiful. Kindhearted. Selfless. Wise.

But, she was also sick. Very sick actually. Rarely are werewolves ever unhealthy, but it doesn't mean it never happens. Unfortunately, Luna Elizabeth had been a victim of cancer.

And one day, she just collapsed.

And that day, all hell broke loose.

Alpha Marc literally went crazy. He only saw red. He destroyed his home, beat countless of his men, and eventually wanted to turn his anger and hatred towards the pack.

Until he saw me.

I had soft chocolate locks that reached my waist the same way as Luna Elizabeth. My face was structured just like hers. My smile reminded him of his lost Luna. As did my height. The only difference were my eyes. My grey-blueish eyes.

When he saw me, he thought that I was a gift from the Goddess. He believed that I was his second chance at a mate. And he didn't want to let me go. The fact that he stole my first kiss many times or the fact that he was the first one to ever touch me in places I only wanted to be touched from my mate sickens me.

He planned us a wedding and a honeymoon that we were supposed to have next week. I couldn't go through with it, of course. And my parents either.

They didn't want to marry off their first born to someone almost double my age and certainly not to someone who wasn't my mate.

Now, I'm on the run.
