I am reporting to your attention an unspeakable incident of urgent concern, that has obviously gone beyond the typical nightmares of travellers on a commercial flight. It has now been 6 years and still feel aggrieved by the reckless treatment I endured in 2014 during the course of my Etihad Airways international flights. It is a terrible collection of memories to hold and it feels as if it has happened to me ''Yesterday''.
