Mr. Nestor has just adopted a teenage daughter, lost his mother, was left by his wife, inherited his mother's shop, and inherited her enormous debt. All in one day. A dangerous gang threatens him, and his adopted daughter, Katya, sets out to help him pay the debt off.
This is the beginning of a major story, spanning many parts and acts. One I am exceedingly excited to write. It is also set in my brand new, original fantasy world, in which other short stories of mine also take place in. With a hard magic system, ancient Green inspired setting, and interesting characters, The Humble Wares is a story that you will want to get lost in.
