emily prentiss is assigned by the cia as an undercover agent to gather information on a international weapon's dealer. the apocalypse happens and she's forced to live as lauren reynolds far longer than she was supposed to. the apocalypse brings out the worse in doyle, making her fear for her and her son's safety. they manage to escape, faking declan and lauren reynolds' deaths in the process. they're brought to quantico, one of the few thriving communities left in the zombie riddled apocalypse.
