With Lucy and Sam in Lucifer's cage and not knowing which way to turn, Dean goes back to his life with what is left of his family. He stops hunting.
But what happens when Sam somehow shows up on his doorstep without Lucy?
And where is Lucy? She finds herself in a life she doesn't understand and doesn't remember. She has Dean but where are her children? Where is her brother-in-law? She has to figure out how to get her life back before it's too late.
