How can you love someone who took away your freedom?

Alivia Lewis returns home after two years when her brother goes missing and her toxic family needs her help to get him back from the Red Shadows, her father's rival gang. Now she's put in a position where she has to get involved with illegal gangs which is what she tried to escape from. It wasn't her fault she was talented with a bow and arrow in her hands. However, things don't go her way when she's kidnapped and shot by Silver Arrow, the leader of the Red Shadows.

Kayden Fray, leader of the Red Shadows, goes by many names but the most common ones are Silver Arrow and King of Arrows since his weapon of choice is the bow and arrow. Arrows are only at his disposal, he forbids any others to use it as their weapons or they end up dead before sunrise. Now there was a new girl in town who rumors say that she is better than him. 

When the two competing gangs clashed and Alivia's father makes a deal with the devil, Alivia begins to regret ever stepping on that plane. Kayden is eager to ruin the girl's life for innocently crossing him. Through all the death threats and panic attacks, Kayden finds himself caring for the innocent girl enough that she breaks down his walls without knowing it. He promises himself not to let her get to heart but sometimes, promises are broken.

He was the king of arrows and soon she was going to be the Queen of Arrows.
