This is post far from home story, Peter was with MJ but after few weeks they brake up because MJ couldn't stand him being officially Spider-Man because there was so many people, press and gods know what else. Peter is also bit traumatized after endgame and Mysterio, you know he had nightmares, is scared while people suddenly touch him, see danger everywhere. Not helping is fact that May died in car crush(don't hate me I love her too) so now Peter lives in headquarters with few other heroes and since he is genius he don't attend school anymore he is home-learning. O and Loki is alive that's kind obvious.
