One day, Bakugo Katsuki stumbles over the crime scene of the murdering duo, 'The Villainous Prince's'. The Villainous Prince's are two vigilante murders, who kill people who committed crimes such as murder or rape and were not convicted of it when there was tons of evidence proving they were guilty. Since they only kill the guilty, but couldn't let Bakugo leave because he saw their faces, they decide to kidnap him.
