Misstress of Four

Akuma Bosu is a Tailor in a small town called Otoko Kira. There are just over two hundred people living here and it's always quiet and nice. That is until a spree of murders starts to occur and no one in town knows why these sprees are taking place or who might be behind them. Akuma has to tell people everything will be alright and people look up to her to keep the peace. But they don't know she's the one killing.
What compelled the young woman to start looking for blood? Is there a motive?
