I don't have a plan for what I'm going to do with the story so basically Deku has some of the sans au's powers it is a quirk but he is also trained by them because the undertale multiverse collapsed. A few were able to go to a different area being bnha and their powers merged into a quirk it cant be passed on and no one else can do it but because their powers he is not human he is a hybrid of a human and a monster he is soulless though it's his drawback his emotions run off ink and he is not passed by flowey he just has there powers unlike possession sans. also is not a reaper he just has reaper sans powers, not the job.
This is my first time ever writing something I don't even like talking to people in person and have really bad writing skills just had an idea and decided to write it.All Rights Reserved

Izuku has the power to become any creature in the fallout universe however he can not become humans unless they are mutated so like mutants but he doesn't have the story of who he becomes just the powers. there is also a second world he will learn about but that is a surprise for later as even he doesn't even know yet when it does come out I will update the tags. note I'm not sure all the ship tags will even be in the book just have them there so people are aware of my ships.
