Jennifer Newton had an interesting childhood. Her mother, Annalisia came from America, and went to the American Wizarding school Ilvermorny. She had met her father, Ambrose on a ministry job. Not a lot is known to Jennifer about her mothers side, as her mother keeps it away from her. They have been debating on whether to send Jennifer to Ilvermorny or Hogwarts since she was born, but Annalisia could not bear having her secret be let out to her daughter by going to her former school, so when Jennifer turns eleven, she gets her letter to Hogwarts, and what a journey is in front of her.
This is a fanfiction based around the era of the Marauders, each chapter will very in length based upon what the story line has included for those chapters. Will Jennifer find out her mothers secret? Is she in the same year as the Marauders? Will she become friends with the Marauders? What house is Jennifer going to be sorted in? All of these answers will be found within the book, so let's travel to her time line.
Note I do not own the Marauders, I only own any of the ideas and plot lines/twists that I put into this book as well as characters that I create.

Modern Marauders (Jily fanfic)(Completed)
What I'm doing here is taking the Marauders' (James, Sirius, Remus, and Peter), Lily Evans', and Severus Snape's tales of Hogwarts and I'm turning them modern because I don't know what it would've been like when they were actually there so... yeah. This is mostly in the point of view of Lily Evans, but I might switch to James every now and then. I'm going to try and focus a lot of the Marauders, of course, and their relationships with Lily. I thought I knew my ending - Year 1 and 2
My feet were nailed to the floor and I could only stare at her. I saw my school career at Hogwarts pass me by in a flash as I imagined what she would do if she caught us here. But then I felt a hand in mine. He pulled me back just as Madam Pince took one last step forward causing her to collide with us. He had dragged me behind a cabinet and we looked between the books as she stared for a moment more at where we had just stood. "Must be Potter and his trouble-making friends," she muttered, "always messing with me... little mischiefs." Book 1 - year 1 and 2 of a series about the marauders from Lily Evans POV. Lily Evans gets a second change in life to change her past and therefor the future of all those around her. The 22-year year old woman trapped in the body of her past self starts her first year at Hogwarts, but after a couple of months her memories of her past self start to fade. She gets more and more accustomed to her new life and soon forgets that she ever fell in love with James Potter or that her best friend will become a Death Eater. This story will take place during the marauders time at Hogwarts, all seven years and a couple years after, during the war. As you will notice, I made a few alterations that aren't aligned with the original story, but you will soon discover it's way more interesting to change the timeline a bit and put Lucius Malfoy and Ballatrix Black in the same school as the marauders.Concluida
