Chisana Tori had always aspired to be at the top of the pro heros one day, but she found it quite difficult to do sine she didn't have a quirk. She spent the majority of her life as a quirkless nobody, everything changed one fateful day. After dying in a crash, a Goddess saves her life by striking a bargain-- share a body and in return the goddess will let her use her powers.
Currently living a town that was too peaceful after getting her national hero license, she moves to the big city of Musutafu to be the hero she always wanted to be. But will that be possible for her after the most arrogant, cocky, but also the second ranked hero in the city?
