All went quiet. Even the wind seemed to stop howling so it could listen in. 

"So it's really over?" He seemed to say in a whisper. I wondered how he was feeling. Was he relieved like the rest of us that this relationship had come to an end? How hurt is he? You didn't need to know him to know he was crazy in love with my best friend. Although I should side with my best friend I couldn't help but feel for him. I knew my friend never truly loved him and was just desperate to fit in, so she played with the only guy who liked her.

The thing about my friend is that although she is physically attractive her personality is extremely toxic. Most guys see that and don't find her attractive at all, but Alejandro somehow fell in love with her, and I somehow fell in love with him.
