It is the year 1881. After Dr. Juno H. Watson was sent back to England because of her injury, which she sustained during an ambush in Maiwand, she begins, on the recommendation of a 
psychiatrist to keep a diary with the aim of dealing with her war trauma. However, her feelings of guilt that she left her brother and comrade die in this cold war, torment her every night and leave her no peace and with no hope of being on one's way to recovery, until one day she meets a very extraordinary person...

Now you, Sherlock and John Watson are solving cases together, but what happens when the person you fear most shows up and starts to torment John and Sherlock.
