Luz's worst fear isn't her mom. it's going back to earth. Earth where they suck all the magic and life out of you and force you to be just like everyone else. Only Amity knows this so in attempts to help Luz, she decides to take Luz's place on earth, just for 17 weeks, until luz can be enrolled in "boarding school" and return to the aisles. Only earth turns out to be a lot darker then Amity could ever imagine.
this is a pretty angsty story, but theres obviously still gonna be a lot of Lumity fluff

Amity Blight also goes to Hexside with her brother Edric and her sister Emira. She works at a coffee shop on campus to help pay for her tuition, since she told her parents she would do it on her own. human AU where both their lesbian and bi panic catch up to them. Luz also isn't lactose intolerant. contains alcoholic beverages, smoking, and cursing. Luz has went to camp and when she came back she didn't act any different, she still didn't get one friend so her mother (Camila) changed. She got aggressive/abusive with Luz and school doesn't help, the second day of school comes and before Luz leaves she runs away and finds a house. Luz runs into it and turns out it took her to the boiling isles. But Luz has changed, she was mean, quiet, hostile and had mad trust and anger issues she also developed Hemophobia (fear of blood) and Traumatophobia (fear of having an injury). When joining Hexside the girls there were mean and harsh like the kids at her human school, but Luz learned how to stick her ground there at her human school. Luz would stand her ground and be mean to literally everyone that got in her way.
