She would have died if it wasn't for two very kind young men, brothers, noticing the crying, exhausted little girl standing in the middle of the roads surrounded by rubble from burning buildings and deciding to save her life by carrying her away from the fire. These guys would soon grow up to be two out of four of the Fabulous Killjoys, Kobra Kid and Party Poison. Who would Adeline grow up to be? Now, in 2021 at thirteen years old, Adeline lives a sad, boring life alone in a little hut in the desert. The brothers who saved her life hadn't seen Adeline for nine years, since rescuing her, and vice versa. Until one day, they reunite, now with Fun Ghoul and Jet Star on their side. Party Poison and Kobra Kid managed to get out of the city before BL/ind could be made aware of their powers, before they could be forced to join the superheroes in their torment of civilians. (Art isn't mine!!) One firefight gone wrong. That's all it takes for someone's life to fall apart, right in front of them. The Fabulous Killjoys: The Story of Fireball Frenzy
The year is 2019, and Better Living Industries has taken over the only part of the world that survived the 2012 Great Fires: Battery City, California. Draculoids and Scarecrows heavily police the desert zones where the Fabulous Four Killjoys live, and the evil Korse runs the company. We have a girl named Lucy, 18 years old, whose parents are managers high up in the ranks of BL/Ind. She, however, has differing desires: she wants to run away to the desert and meet the Fabulous Killjoys. One day, she does... and her life is saved by none other than Party Poison, Kobra Kid, Fun Ghoul, and Jet Star when her parents find her running away and they use force as a means of bringing her back home to live under their controlling and toxic environment where she hid so well the fact that she never took any of the pills. She changes her look to express herself as she's always wanted, and gets a new name and starts a new life as: Fireball Frenzy. When Fireball is adjusting to and living this new life, what happens? Will she make new friends she thought she'd never have? Will she, perhaps, find love for one of these Killjoys? Find out here.
