The thrill of the challenge. That's what made him choose the path of the bounty hunter in the first place. Right now, however, there wasn't any rhyme or reason to what he was doing. The only reason was because they needed money. All of them lived under dirt poor condition, moving from place to place on a contsant note. And that wouldn't have bothered Dream, but right now? Right now it felt like the biggest burden.
And then he saw it.
The small piece of paper on the mercenary board.
"The king, wanted dead or alive."
A story where a bounty hunter meticulously tries to end a fallen king and the king tries to capture the hunter, whether it is through physical battle or psychological warfare.
