silver dawn | c. diggory
At Hogwarts, where houses divide and traditions run deep, few would expect a Malfoy to cross paths with a Diggory. Diantha Narcissa Malfoy has always been admired for her sharp mind, her beauty, and her wit that cuts as quickly as it charms. Cedric Diggory is known just as well, a Hufflepuff golden boy whose easy smile and steady hand make him a favourite among many. When a chance pairing in their very first year brings them together, what begins as an inconvenience slowly grows into something neither could have foreseen. She is clever and quick, often misunderstood, and he is kind and patient, seeing through the walls she keeps around her. As the years at Hogwarts pass, whispers follow them both, of rival houses, proud families, and the bonds that should never be formed. Yet sometimes the most unlikely of ties prove to be the strongest. A story of quiet defiance, unexpected friendship, and the way love can be found where no one thought to look.
