A Distant Memory

When Sara Coon is diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, she fights like hell to battle the incurable disease. She slowly degenerates and she knows the oncoming symptoms before they present themselves and she's prepared herself for the last one, but her family does not know what to expect or how to help. She needs to start preparing them as well and she's not sure how to care for everyone's needs when she's the only sick one.
