Every turn was more traumatic than the last. Every person with a worse betrayal. Why did he have to go through this? Why did nothing ever work out for him? This book takes place in the Faery world, and it does have mentions of previously written characters, but the main character isn't related to the two previous books. This book has triggering content, mentions of suicide and panic attacks. There is also some sexual content as well. You have been warned.

Klaus never imagined his life would spiral into a nightmare of blood, trauma, and twisted family ties. His once-normal existence shattered when his best friend, Colton, embarked on a sickening experiment, sewing people together in a grotesque imitation of a centipede. What started as a dark curiosity quickly morphed into a sadistic obsession, and Klaus found himself trapped in Colton's nightmarish plans. With his friends-Joseph, Amybeth, and twin sister Elijah-caught in Colton's grip, Klaus was forced to confront his worst fears. The person he trusted most had become a monster, and survival meant making impossible choices. As Colton's madness grew, Klaus battled his own guilt and terror while trying to save those he loved. The bloodshed reached horrifying heights, and despite his best efforts, Klaus couldn't escape the grip of Colton's cruelty. When the violence finally stopped, the echoes of Colton's insanity lingered, leaving Klaus with more than just physical scars. As he pieces together a life that will never be the same, Klaus is left to face the truth: the nightmare will never fully end. [This book, like the rest of the KNAHC series, is pure satire-a crack fic making fun of The Human Centipede. I don't actually like the films or the South Park episode, but my best friend, Colton, does and loves body horror. This was inspired by a nightmare I had at 13 during summer vacation in Seaside Heights, Nj, after watching The Human Centipad with Colton.]
