Arcadia the Sorceress wants nothing to do with her birthrights; neither wealth nor politics, or the title of Prince and the gender it comes with. Rectifying all of these in a single night, she embarks on a journey with her trusted bodyguard Rekka, a journey to explore her freedom and introduce the world to her true self. But such a journey is not without its perils. Arcadia must contend with the remnants of an ancient order of witch hunters, fight back against the cruelty of her tyrannical mother, and solve the riddle that will make her magical transformation permanent and complete. To do so, she must find what has been lost for aeons; the fabled city of Amoraketh, home to the ancient authors of mortal magic. Her journey will take her across the known world and beyond, and in the process she must not only master the arts of magic, but also learn to deal with her new reality - the life of a wandering sorceress is a far cry from that of a Prince. - - - - This is an ongoing story I'm writing with my girlfriend, CatgirlWitch (https://twitter.com/CatgirlWitch), who also did our awesome cover art. :)All Rights Reserved
