After Shuichi had been killed during the 53rd killing game, he was informed that everything that had taken place was a virtual simulation.  His nurses, Sonia Nevermind & Kazuichi Souda, helped him during his stay at the hospital, even getting him a therapy partner!  Otherwise known as, Kokichi Ouma.

But what if the patients being hospitalized after the game were starting to grow more suspicious of the entire place the longer they stayed?
