Tragically Fun

New Heat City is a melting pot of cultures and the hot spot for the supernatural. After a failed experiment on research of the afterlife, the world of the living and the dead collide and the walls between the underworld and the land of the living were broken down. In the center of it all lies New Heat tower, standing tall above the otherworldly rift to moderate the living and... not so lively anymore population. In between all of this, the outburst of a new type of energy has infected the living with uncanny ability closely resembling superpowers.
