Misfits In Maine:

The world can be a cruel, torturous place. But having friends by your side can make all the difference.

Two rich kids, a homeless girl with insomnia, a pot-smoking scholar, a musician in the making, a rape victim, a struggling coffeehouse owner, and a prostitute. Hardly the best combination. Still, they work.

-Sarah has been on her own since she was fourteen and hasn't slept a wink at night since the day she left home.
-Danny has been writing songs since he was eight and is still waiting for his day in the sun.
-Rachel is jobless, parentless, friendless, and broke. So she does the only thing she can think of that will keep her running.
-Jordan is a selfish, arrogant, whiny brat who plays by his own rules. But with parents like his, who can really blame him.
-Valerie is the sweetest human being with a heart of pure gold and luck that could make all tough and brave men cry.
-Michael is a full out, hard core, devoted, dedicated nerd who can't keep his nose out of a book long enough to take a breather.
-Anna is living the dream and having the time of her life, masking how her father's betrayal is eating her up inside.
-Greg is trying his luck and pursuing his dream of owning his own restaurant, but at great costs.

This is the story of a...peculiar group of misfits. They all are bound together by their individual problems. And whether they know it or not, they are helping each other through it all. They are dependent on each other. Whether it be for knowledge, assistance, support, comfort, or just needing a friend.
