It was one of those tranquil nights at Smokey Mountain, and the new President has taken over the Malacañang Palace, promising the Philippines a brighter future. The whole Tondo was hopeful. But that hope was quickly overtaken by havoc when gunshots were heard inside Jasper's home on the night of August 16. He witnessed his father's body fall on the ground after being shot by two uniformed men.
Jasper wished to seek justice for his father's death, but where will he turn for assistance when the offenders are the once in uniform?
