A couple of months after moving away, the Byers family and Eleven come back to Hawkins to celebrate the holidays. Will is delighted with his new life but is extremely nervous to see his best friend, Mike Wheeler, without knowing exactly why.

For his part, Mike is thrilled when he finds out the small family is coming over soon. These last couple of months, he finally understood his feelings for Eleven weren't love, but only friendship. He is actually in love with his best friend, Will Byers.

The two best friends will have to go through a lot, together, during these holidays vacations that were initially supposed to be so calm...
