we have all heard that love story of Edward and his Emerson, but there was a stunningly beautiful one prior to that: The story of Charlie Swan and Amethyst Orion Campbell.

Ironically for someone named after a quartz that's intended 
to prevent the wearer from intoxication, Amethyst was an addict.

Amethyst was a tragic but beautiful soul, who stumbled into the sleepy town of Forks, Washington in the early hours of a dark frosty morning.

The equally lonely but friendly police chief of the town found her. Charlie led her onto the road of recovery, whilst the two of them filled the voids in one another's heart.
