Aphrodite is a just turned 18 year old girl. Her parents died when she was 16 and so she now lives with her grandparents. Aphrodite's grandparents are rich and as a gift one day her grandfather gives her a necklace from the medival times. What they don't know is that the necklace has been cursed and as Aphrodite is at home by herself she is plunged into another life.

Lord Daniel of Paris and London has just turned 18 and is required to attend the coming-out ball to find a wife. At the ball he meets a wonderful young lady who stands out from the rest and asks his dad to arrange for them to be married. With everything set all that needs to happen is for his wife-to-be to know about the marriage but that's easier said than done. Considering that she does not believe that she's meant to be 'here'.
