This is exactly what it sounds like it might be. I'm gonna be ranting here and I hope that I'll be of help to anyone else who needs to rant. 

Try to smile, not just for others but look at yourself and see your own worth and smile. Even when you feel worthless find one thing just something that makes for see some amount of worth in yourself and smile.
