The time zone is like the 1st 3 episodes of the show when they teleported. And some of the things that that group is going to read or see won't be cannon.

An Uncertain Present
Alec Lightwood-Bane thought after becoming the archangel Remiel that life would settle back into normalcy. For a few months, he was not wrong.
