- Turn your chopsticks in a slow clockwise motion to thoroughly stir the noodles into the sauce
- Soba may be eaten alone, or in good company with friends and family. Never eat soba with your enemies - they do not appreciate the true rigor of its flavor
- And last but not least, never laugh while consuming soba. It may come out your nose
